What is »Circular Living«?
All apartments were renovated in 2025 according to our Circular Living Standard – inspired by circular economy and Cradle-to-Cradle principles. The same principle that defines Hotel Henriette: pollutant-free materials, Cradle-to-Cradle certified products, historic Viennese parquet and organic bedding made from 100% natural fibres. The result is a noticeably pleasant indoor climate that is good for your health – especially important when you're staying longer.

When can I move in – and what is the minimum stay? The minimum stay at Henriette Longstay is 30 days. Guests staying shorter are perfectly looked after at Hotel Henriette – bookable from one night. Check prices and apartment availability most easily directly via the Longstay online booking system.
What's included – do I need to bring pots & towels?
No – everything essential is there. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped: kitchen with crockery and cooking utensils, washing machine, bed linen and towels. Simply open your suitcase and settle in. Full details of what's included can be found on the Longstay FAQ page.
Who are the Henriette Longstay Apartments for?
For anyone who needs more than a hotel room and less than a traditional long-term rental. For example: project managers and expats on assignment, people on workations or in training and further education, or anyone in a transitional situation. Individuals, couples, small families – all welcome.
What's the sustainability story?
We prefer doing sustainability to talking about it. The apartments were renovated according to the Circular Living Standard: certified pollutant-free materials, Cradle-to-Cradle products, rescued parquet, carpets made from old fishing nets. You can feel it: in the air quality, the smell, the good feeling.
Where exactly are the apartments and how do I get around?
Praterstraße 44–46, 1020 Vienna, in the courtyard building – directly at Nestroyplatz underground station (U1). Ten minutes on foot to the Vienna city centre, five U-Bahn stops to the main station, cycle highway right at your doorstep. Henriette is happy to introduce you to life in the 2nd district; Leopoldstadt is one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods in Vienna.
