With us, only cotton and linen, maize, virgin sheep wool, down and, in many rooms, natural rubber get close to your skin; all organic and of highest quality. The extra thick natural latex mattresses come without metal springs. All materials are temperature and moisture regulating and thus create a healthy sleep environment. Also for allergy sufferers.

All humans need good sleep. It's essential for our health and well-being. That's why we've given the subject of sleep – in particular sleeping in a hotel – a lot of thought. The result: Get rid of plastics, bring nature back to bed!
We gave away all of the usual hotel-style polyester covers and pillows. Now, with us, as the 1st hotel in Vienna, you get an absolutely natural sleep experience thanks to breathable and balancing natural materials: MAIZE, DOWN, COTTON, WOOL and LINEN. In addition, the NATURAL RUBBER mattresses are completely metal-free.
All the materials are from certified organic sources, the bedding ist produced by carefully selected partners in Austria, Germany and the Netherlands.

The natural materials for Henriette's hotel beds are not only free from irritants and harmful substances, but also extremely good at regulating moisture. Cotton and linen are able to absorb up to one-third of their own weight in moisture and thus create a microclimate in bed that is pleasant for us but highly uncomfortable for germs and mites.
In addition, maize, down, wool and co. are heat regulating and breathable, ensuring an especially snug and healthy sleep.
Flax is one of the oldest cultivated plants in Europe. Due to its modest requirements it's resource-efficient and sustainable. The processing of flax to linen has a long tradition which has been cultivated and refined by our partner Vieböck in Upper Austria for almost two centuries.
Maize on the other hand has only recently been discovered for bedding. Maize fibre is a renewable and completely bio-degradable organic raw material and a perfect example for sustainable innovation. It's excellent at retaining heat, has a high fill power, does not take on smell and in general does not provide a good environment for germs and bacteria.
