EXCELLENT STAY IN WIEN

Very comfortable 3 night stay with my family. Clean room with attention to detail, excellent location, tasty breakfast, very friendly staff. If we visit Vienna again, we will definitely stay here again!

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

It is impossible to NOT rave about this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, going the extra mile to help in a crisis situation, even allowing me to make an emergency call to Australia, when my mobile phone was lost. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable and very quiet.

The hotel is less than a minute walk from Nestroyplatz station, making it easy to travel anywhere in Vienna.
This hotel is great value for money! I will definitely rebook on my next visit to Vienna

BEST HOTEL IN WIEN

I would like to say this hotel is amazing. When first arrived, the parking space was booked for me which I asked them. And during check-in, they asked me a welcome water which was so nice of them! The location of the hotel is really convenient since it is right near the subway station, and there are some supermarkets nearby.

The room condition was perfect, everything eco-friendly satisfied me. Room was clean, enough towels and all the other conditions were great for my family to stay. If I had to stay longer in Wien, I would have spent more time there.

The reception staffs were super nice and friendly! I asked for a wine opener, and they kindly lent me one to use. The breakfast was wonderful too. Various kinds of breads, juice, milk, cream and I could even have personalized egg dishes (scrambled eggs, omelet). And the restaurant staffs were fabulous. We met a Polish staff and Turkish staff (sorry for forgetting your names) who were really friendly to us and prepared the best morning meal!

Very clean, friendly, bright hotel. Near the center of the city. High level service. Quiet rooms. quick check-in and delicious sweets at the reception. breakfast is complete, all food is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend.

HOME VISIT TO AUSTRIA VIENNA

As an Austrian Family living in The Netherlands we visit yearly Vienna at Christmas time to enjoy being home and see family. After having seen many AirB&B‘s it was a great pleasure being treated so greatly at Henriettes Hotel former known as Das Capri which we had visited in the past.
For us this location is perfect since we almost can do everything by walking. If we need the metro it is just in front of the door. Our car stayed put save on a hotel owned parking spot in the little back courtyard.

Breakfast is plenty in choice and we had more than enough space to enjoy it since people spread in the separate rooms.
The family suite was perfect for our two grown up kids with two separated single beds. Spacious enough for having a conference call at the desk in the main bedroom without disturbing everyone. We definitely can recommend this hotel for either a short or a long stay.

EXCELLENT HOTEL!

Great location, really nice staff, rooms are comfortable and they have a balcony! Their soul food breakfast was excellent and the wake up crew really did put a smile on my face. For celiacs there was a wide variety of options, which is not always the case.

I would most definitely recommend staying at this hotel again.

FANTASTIC VALUE AND CHARMING!

This place was a real find! I spent 12 nights there so wanted somewhere not too expensive and with good access to transport. It was perfect! The underground and trams are right outside - although it only took 20 minutes to walk into the centre of Vienna. Great restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is outstanding and all the staff so friendly. Pavel, at the desk, was a fantastic help. I loved the balcony and view. I went for the cheapest option so the bathroom was small but the room was large, bright and amazingly quiet. And the place is spotless. I loved staying there. It’s far better than some places I’ve stayed in for twice the price.
