Everything you need to know 

• Yes, of course! Bicycles and e-bikes can be parked free of charge in Henriette's locked bike garage.
• There is also a free charging station for e-bikes in the garage.
• A small service station helps with simple repairs and ensures that your tyres are sufficiently inflated.
• With our Green Rate, direct bookers receive a 5% discount when booking for their environmentally friendly journey by bike!

• Your room will be ready from 3:00 pm. Or, come meet us a little earlier: early check-in from 11:00 am is available upon request.
• Check-out is 11:00 am. If you’d like to stay a little longer, treat yourself to a late check-out.
• Early Check-ins and late check-outs are both subject to availabilty, for prices please contact our Welcome Crew.

• You can reach the hotel easily with the U1 to Nestroyplatz station. Simply take the lift from the U-Bahn track up to street level. Hotel Henriette will be on your left.
• Do you need a detailed description of how to get here by train, car, bike or plane? You can find them all on our travel page.

• Of course! We will be happy to store your luggage or bags. 

• You can safely and conveniently park your car in our car park or garages in our locked courtyard for a fee of € 26 per day. Since the number of parking spaces is limited, please be sure to book them right away!
• You can leave your bike free of charge in our bike garage.
• The entire area around Hotel Henriette – as most of Vienna – is a metered short-term parking zone on weekdays from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Praterstrasse is a metered short-term parking zone weekdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Maximum parking time 2 hours, in Praterstrasse only 1 ½ hours.

• THE option for visitors to Vienna: the Vienna City Card (VCC). In addition to free travel on the underground, tram and bus, the VCC also includes great discounts for sightseeing, music & theatre, restaurants, and shopping. You can purchase 24, 48 or 72-hour Vienna City Cards at the reception. Ask us for more info!
• Tickets for single journeys and 24-hour, 48-hour, 72-hour and 7-day tickets for public transport without “add-ons” are available from the ticket machines in the underground station.
• Please remember to validate your ticket at the ticket machine BEFORE travelling!

• Our breakfast room on the 2^nd floor is transformed into an honesty bar every day from 2pm to 10pm. There you will find a fine selection of self-service snacks and cold drinks.
• You are also cordially invited to take a seat and have a chat, read or even work if necessary.
• Coffee, tea and cold drinks are also available around the clock at reception.
• Each room at the Henriette Stadthotel also has a small minibar with cooled water and wine.

• Breakfast at Hotel Henriette is served daily from 6.30 am to 10.30 am in the breakfast room on the 2^nd floor.
• If you need to have breakfast earlier or would like one to take away, please let reception know by 2pm the day before.
• Enjoy a leisurely breakfast you would normally not have time for  –  our pick-me-ups are homemade, regional, organic and fair. Depending on the rate and booking platform, Henriette's organic breakfast is included in the room rate for hotel guests or can be booked separately.
• Non-hotel guests can of course also have breakfast at Henriette, at a cost of EUR 28 (subject to availability). Please book at reception or by telephone on +43 1 214 84 04.

• But if you can, why not use the stairs? In the stairwell, you can find out about Team Henriette’s favourite places in Vienna. There's bound to be a tip or two for you!

• We are happy to provide gluten-free and lactose-free selections in Henriette’s Viennese Breakfast Salon. We bake fresh gluten-free bread and rolls, and you will always find plant-based milk at our buffet.
• Please let us know what you need in advance! This way we can avoid waiting times for you and ensure that you can enjoy your breakfast to the full.

• Of course – it’s even high-speed and complementary throughout the hotel.
• You can get the password for Henriette-WiFi from reception when you check in.

• We are happy to take care of your laundry! You will find a laundry bag and price list in the wardrobe.
• Leave the laundry bag ready for our feel-good experts or hand it in at reception. Your clean laundry will be returned to you within 24 hours. If you don't want to do the ironing yourself, we will be happy to do it for you.
• Do you prefer ironing yourself? No problem! We can provide you with an iron and ironing board on request.

• Good boys and girls are welcome when accompanied by considerate owners. We will charge € 23 per day for additional cleaning. Please let us know when you make your reservation that your four-legged friend will be joining you at Hotel Henriette.
• We provide dog beds, food bowls and dog poo bags.
• We are not experts in the culinary needs of your loyal friend and therefore do not provide any food. Please be sure to bring your dog’s favourite food with you.
• A maximum of three dogs can stay in each room.
• Please keep your dog on a leash in the public areas of the hotel. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room for hygiene reasons.

• 24/7. Our receptionists are here for you whenever you need them.

• In any case, more than 90% of our breakfast buffet is suitable for ovo-lacto vegetarians.
• Vegans will also get their money's worth. There‘s a selection of vegan dishes as standard at the buffet; our staff will be happy to inform you about the ingredients. Bread and pastries are vegan.
• We are also happy to froth up your oat or soy milk for you!
• If you let us know that you are vegan at the time of booking, our organisers might even come up with a vegan special ;-)

• Stay cool at Hotel Henriette! All of our rooms are air conditioned. An environmentally-friendly air-to-air heat pump provides cooling and heating throughout the hotel.

• Allergy sufferers will enjoy a care-free stay with us! Allergenic chemicals or mites don’t stand a chance thanks to our unique cleaning system with dry micro steam.
• Our bed linen made from organic cotton or organic linen, is also free from harmful and irritating substances. Thanks to its moisture-regulating and breathable properties, it is no breeding ground for mites.

• We are happy to provide a travel cot for babies and toddlers in the room at our family hotel in Vienna. There is also the option of a safety rail attached to the parents' or children's bed.
• Families with older kids will find all the space they need in our Family Rooms and Suites.
• Our spacious Family Rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests. Or, enjoy even more space in our Family Suites with 2 separate bedrooms.
• Further baby equipment such as potties or bottle warmers can be selected when booking directly under the menu item "Family Time". Naturally free of charge.

• Yes, every room in the Hotel Henriette has a small, eco-certified refrigerator.
• The mini bar is stocked with cool mineral water and white wine. Plus, you’ll find a bottle of red wine on the desk.
• More snacks and refreshments are available at the Honesty Bar on the second floor and at reception on the ground floor.

• In the hotel, NO. On your balcony or outside the hotel, YES.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hotel and in all guest rooms. Since we want all guests to enjoy the comfort of a smoke-free room, a cleaning fee of € 300 will be charged for non-compliance with our non-smoking policy.
• In case of a fire brigade response due to ignoring the smoking ban, we will also have to charge you the fire alarm response fees.
• Tip for smokers: book a rooms in one of our room categories with balcony (& ash tray) and enjoy a relaxed smoke there. (Please close the balcony door while smoking.)
